Founders
CEO
Philip Lee is a Hong Kong-born technologist and creative strategist renowned for his unique fusion of design, business acumen, and seamless cross-border execution. A graduate of the Academy of Art University in California, he majored in Fine Arts with a minor in Business Administration, launching his career in 3D design and animation before pivoting to web development, digital marketing, and project management.
Returning to Asia, Philip collaborated with Singapore’s ST Engineering, ST Marine, and Hyflux, delivering 3D product blueprints and visualization strategies for major industrial projects, including Southeast Asia’s largest desalination plant at the time. He later excelled as Marketing Director in Malaysia, spearheading market entry, logistics, and go-to-market strategies for China-centric ventures.
As CEO of Skychaser Limited, Philip drives the company’s vision, steering innovative VR-drone tourism solutions through strategic leadership, global partnerships, and cutting-edge execution.
CTO
Russell Wong brings over 15 years of software engineering and startup scaling expertise to Skychaser Limited as Chief Technology Officer, driving VR-drone tourism innovations. At Remo.co (CTO, 2019-2022), he single-handedly built a video conferencing MVP in 2 weeks using AWS, WebRTC, React/TypeScript, and WebGL, achieving $10M ARR in year one. He scaled architecture from 30+ to thousands of DAU on a $300/month budget, grew engineering from 3 to 20+ while leading remote teams of 100+.
At Riotly Social Media (CTO, 2017-2019), he automated Instagram marketing for 800+ clients via Python, Celery, Docker Swarm, and MongoDB clusters.
Recently, Russell served as Software Engineer at Quarterzip and Redactive, and as Co-Founder of Wondrful. Earlier in his career, he developed realtime AI systems at Six Avenue Ltd. and built an Android antivirus app with 600k downloads at MUNDO Media Ltd.
Russell holds multiple patents for systems that recommend offline events, optimize in‑person networking and conversations, and use facial tracking to make virtual conference calls feel more natural.

Mac Ambrose boasts over 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing expertise across the GCC, North America, and APAC regions. His versatile experience spans branding, digital marketing, corporate social responsibility, brand activation, and more; serving industry verticals such as FSI, construction, retail, aviation, cybersecurity, hospitality, and oil & gas, among others. Notable clients include — but not limited to — Boeing, Starbucks, Saudi Aramco, Citibank, Emirates Airlines, Bechtel, ABB, and Marriott International.
In 2014, Mac shifted to agency-side role at Mercatus+, Malaysia’s pioneering branding agency, managing Carlsberg, Dyson, and JR-East marketing accounts. From there, he has charted an exhaustive end-to-end journey overseeing branding, media planning and buying, digital marketing, marketing analytics, and deployment of AI pilots + agents in large scale B2C segments.

Keivyn Bong is a visual communications professional with international experience, specialising in strategic visual content for both public and private sector stakeholders.
A graduate of the Academy of Art University, California, with a major in Motion Pictures & Television, he built a strong foundation in visual production and media strategy. Early in his career, he supported startup initiatives in San Francisco, contributing to visual projects for Lyft, SNDSPHRE, and WeWork, honing his ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Leveraging multilingual and cross-cultural expertise, Keivyn later collaborated with governmental institutions, supporting initiatives involving the Canadian and Malaysian embassies. His portfolio includes work for Eli Lilly, Nixon Peabody, Google, and 500 Global.
He currently serves as Chief Visual Officer at Skychaser Limited, leading the development of immersive visual technologies, with a focus on augmented reality and high-fidelity flight simulation.
